Warranty
Lumera stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece we produce. Our products are carefully fabricated and inspected before leaving our facility.
Warranty Coverage
Lumera warrants its products against defects in fabrication and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Lumera will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement of the affected component or product, or refund where appropriate.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or conditions resulting from:
- Improper installation, handling, storage, or transportation after delivery
- Misuse, abuse, impact, excessive weight, or neglect
- Improper cleaning, chemicals, or maintenance
- Excessive heat or exposure to conditions unsuitable for the material
- Alteration, modification, cutting, drilling, or repair performed by others
- Normal wear, scratching, staining, or changes in appearance resulting from use
- Damage caused by surrounding cabinetry, walls, flooring, plumbing, structures, or other site conditions
- Incorrect dimensions, specifications, or information supplied or approved by the customer or a third party
- Normal variations in color, pattern, texture, or appearance inherent to the selected material
Manufacturer-supplied materials or components may also be subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable dimensions, selections, drawings, and specifications before fabrication.
Lumera is responsible for manufacturing the product in accordance with the approved order specifications, but cannot warrant the accuracy of measurements, dimensions, or other information supplied by the customer or a third party.
Making a Warranty Claim
Contact Lumera promptly after discovering a potential warranty issue. Please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Do not repair, modify, remove, or dispose of the affected product before Lumera has had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the claim.
Additional Terms
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms applicable to the original order.
To the extent permitted by law, Lumera's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the remedies described above. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
